I can probably safely assume that Torque3D does no implement anything that's even close to these. The GuiCommanderMap object type is the actual top-down view element of the Tribes 2 command circuit. The GuiCommanderTree is the tree along the right-hand corner of the window and the GuiCommanderTV is the little TV element used for when a player is selected which allows for the command circuit user to view said player.
