How does the `custom:role` attribute work? #1

The plugin works like a charm. Thanks.

Just a quick question -- how does the role mapping work?

I created a user on Cognito with custom:role = 'author', yet upon user creation on WordPress, the new user still got tagged as Subscriber.

Also, since the last release allows for disabling WP login -- if the administrator (which is a user on WordPress) logs out, how can they log back in?
