Add option to vote for property removal from dataset

This is done to avoid stale caches. Add a 'cross' icon to suggestions fetched from the servlet (i.e. cached from queries, or cached via rdf:property query).
Whenever a property has received 'enough' votes (hmm, how to determine this), purge it from the dataset
