Development of the paper

I hope you are doing well. Just to write the next steps of the paper.

1. Please, complete the section "Notes about the architecture" with contents about the translation code. You can mention, for example, that it is done one-by-one due to X-Y-Z constraints/restrictions/etc. Also, you can add points to further work in the library. For example, add more complex operations, generate a GUI, etc.
2. I will be working on the Report.ipynb notebook to have, at least, one graph per module.

I will complete this section this week-end if it is okay for you. We can have a call to discuss the next step after if you can with your operation.
I have introduced a few changes in the database that i did not upload for now but that could have consequences on plot.
