2.4版本，在WIN server2019和win server2008上布署，匀出现文档无法预览，在SVG.HTML文件中将公共库临时放进HTML页面，可以预览，但是所有文档文件，前两页均无法预览。首页banner上传图片也无法显示

用#60提到的方法可以解决没法预览的问题，banner还没找到解决方案
