Next version: Rewrite in Puppet 4.0 syntax

Puppet 4.0 has been released and is now up to 4.2 so should be reliable. A rewrite would have better performance and be simpler for users to modify to their liking, but it would also require a comprehensive box rewrite due to backwards-incompatibility; this would also include taking a look at the individual submodules currently being used and updating accordingly.

If anyone else would like to contribute that would be fantastic!
