This feature would allow the reward messages to be delayed to the duration of the delay, like the commands are currently implemented.
Additional Information
This would allow for the user of the voucher to know when a reward has been rewarded, instead of all at once. What it could also be used for it the implementation of a countdown. You could have a reward be the command for a titlemsg, but since the reward message also appears at the same time, it shows/reminds them where this effect is coming from; aka the voucher. Currently, the only say I can think to do this would be to disable reward messages and have the voucher delay a message into the player's chat. This is not ideal, as the player may be confused where the message is coming from.
