[feat] Option to minimize all groups ui.groups.minimised

Describe the feature request

I would like to propose a feature that will allow the status page to show all groups minimized when the page loads.
Ideally this behavior should be controllable via a variable (e.g:ui.groups.minimised=true|false).

Why do you personally want this feature to be implemented?

Once there are several services added under each group and with multiple groups, the UI looks too "full".

Just a feature to minimizing the group headers (which already exists), by default would make it easy to see which groups of applications needs attention.

Keeping this behavior controlled via a feature flag / variable will provide options to keep existing behavior for smaller number of services use-cases, so both scenarios are covered.
