!rate like|dislike|none

(Possibly a argument, unavailable in twitchchat to avoid it being spammed on numerous songs)

Player rates the currently playing song as liked or disliked
If the song changed recently (15 seconds, for stream delay), rate for previous song.

Alternatively, (for none argument), remove rating to set it back to a neutral one.
