Describe the bug
Unraid system, running in docker container with nginx proxy manager pointing at it.

To Reproduce
Simply going to the url and port in browser.

Expected behavior

Expecting to see homepage but only getting html.

A friend of mine who uses this software experienced this problem. They had a WAF blocking anything that started with /run enabled.
