I need to sign the all the exe (#128) for this to not happen, which is not a priority at the moment.
Unless there's more to this than I thought, It's a false flag and Launcher.exe (or any part of the application) does not connect to internet.

Others peeking into the issue, can download the hurl_installer file directly from Build artifact created by Github Actions automatically here, if you don't trust the one in Releases (which can be edited even after a release, while the build artifact is immutable or non-tamperable)

I will try submitting the file for analysis and maybe this is how I can make windows security think this is a false positive.
