Purpose

We recently started using Task Lists which falls under the category of GitHub issues, but is slightly different than typical issues. We want a section on task lists to explain the use case and their differences.

Changes

• Add a section on task lists
  • What are task lists and why do we use them
  • How do we create a task list

Be sure to include screenshots and add any photos to this directory!
