Add SpaceTime to diffusers

Thank you for your interests to our work! Yes, we do plan to add it to huggingface's diffusers for easier usage. Since our current codebase (i.e. base code for stable diffusion) is from CompVis Github (https://github.com/CompVis/stable-diffusion) instead of huggingface diffusers, this might take some time to implement. We will update in readme and this thread after we release it. Thank you!
