It would be nice to be able to pass a rglob type pattern in so that fsl can process through deeper directory trees. If this functionality exists, it needs to be better documented.

Does **/* satisfy what you are looking for? We currently leverage glob and not rglob

Also, the CLI allows you to specify multiple, space-delimited globs.
