Polls - Repository Management/Decisions

Hi all,

We're going to trial using Discussion Polls for major repository decisions. Polls will not be the final decision maker, but the results will be considered and helpful in making the final decisions. The community is welcome to vote when it is something that may impact their use of the program. We ask that only those directly contributing to the source code, or those who plan on contributing to the source code, vote on polls with the "Collaborator" tag. It would be greatly appreciated if maintainers/collaborators could take the time to vote on these. We would love input on the community generally, and welcome votes for any other polls, including those with the "Community" tag.

If this does not see use we may stop using these, but it would be great to have more community interaction for the tool so keep an eye out for other updates if interested.
