As a pre-amble: I have Dyslexia, both of my children have Dyslexia, and my family has a history of almost every generation having several members with Dyslexia. I feel that I can offer this issue and correction with full confidence in my qualifications to do so. The exact text in the correction may be better written by someone else, though I offer a fairly precise direction to go in.
Issue
The 3rd element down in the Dyslexia poster on the left side does not feel very helpful, however I think the right side has a double-dose of good advice that applies specifically to those with Dyslexia.
Correction
(on the "Do" side) "Help users retain previous content by giving them reminders and prompts, simple tooltips, and using great descriptions." (icon could change to something like a b/w projection of a mouse pointer hand with a tooltip).
(on the "Don't" side) "Force users to remember obscure things from previous pages or content." (icon can stay the same).
