Duplicated Java code and autogenerated files #45

Currently we have autogenerated files (the lcm -> cpp & java messages) committed into the repo, along with duplicated code for the left and right arms inside of each arms source folder. This should be addressed at some point with a proper toolchain and cmake setup to avoid this source of errors. Related to #22 and #44.

#42 should also be resolved as part of this toolchain
