Expand Nginx Docs to cover additional scenarios, basic configurations and simplify HTTPS setup if possible.

It would also be good to cover hostname based lookups:

And the use of ProxyCommand as would be done with HAProxy may be able to send additional info with the SSH command required to route properly.
