Fix forced reloading on owner page

This issue stems from a previous issue with Auth0 causing a constant reloading page on some web browsers. That issue had been fixed, but caused an issue where signing into the Owner DoorBoard page for the first time would not load the DoorBoard itself and give error messages instead. Reloading the page would make everything work fine. We were unable to find the source of the error in the time we had, so instead we made a quick fix that will reload the Owner DoorBoard when it is navigated to. This fix is lesss-than-ideal, and should be looked into further.
