Reinstall when switching from 1.4 to 1.5

Uninstalling versions < 1.5:

• in your .bash_profile, if you have lines sourcing ~/.epygram/profile and/or ~/.vortexrc/profile : delete them
• you can also delete these files
• if you have lines specifying paths to EPyGrAM in environnement variable PYTHONPATH (and PATH), remove them too
• in ~/.local/lib/python3.?/site-packages/ : delete EPyGrAM link and EPyGrAM.pth file

Installing versions >= 1.5.0:

• Generally:
  pip3 install epygram
• on MF/ECMWF supercomputers, you can use modules:
  module use ~mary/public/modulefiles (~acrd/public/modulefiles at ECMWF)
  module load epygram
