Beginner course: suggest: move prerequisites from Word document to prereqs page of website #61

Currently, the learners are emailed a Word document with prerequisites (downloaded and saved to .odt here).

I suggest to move the content to our course's prereqs page.

In that way:

learners get familiar with the course website earlier
there are CI scripts running on it
we can re-use prereqs from other courses
