Distribution overall

  • How many treatment sites are there with targets?
  • How many treatment sites are there with results?
  • How many treatment sites are there with results and targets?

Site Volume.

  • What defines a high volume site?
  • Tag site volume into high, medium and low
  • Tag sites based on peds share and volume
  • High volume / high peds share
  • High volume / low peds share
  • Low volume / high peds share
  • Low volume / low peds share

PEDS.

  • How many sites have peds results >0?
  • What is the overall share of PEDS across treatment sites?
  • What sites contribute the largest share of peds?

Site Transitions

  • 86 sites appear to be affected by site transitions -- what share of the TX_CURR portfolio do these sites represent?
  • Within these 86 sites, how many sites have peds results?
  • Of those with results, what is the contribution to the overall TX_CURR portfolio

Performance

  • How many sites hit targets by Q3? Is target performance a useful metrice?
  • How does site performance compare with the overall PSNU performance?
  • Identify high volume peds sites with low performance relative to the PSNU
  • What is the tx_curr growth rate quarter over quarter?

Retention

  • How well were sites able to retain patients on treatment?
  • How well were high volume peds sites able to retain patients on treatment?
  • Are there any sites with high levels of retention for adults but low levels of retention for peds?
  • WIthin above, are any of these sites high volume?

Clinical IPs

  • How do the above flags, filters, metrics compare across clinical IPs?
