  • Changed all relative references (e.g. <<Appendix-Tool-Output-Field-Names>) to be uniform throughout all wiki pages and to match the name of the respective wiki file (e.g. Appendix-Tool-Output-Field-Names.md).

  • Added a note to each applicable page to alert the user that Parallel Processing Factor environment will be disabled for ATtILA tools. This was necessary because the Buffer operation produced an erroneous result when PPF was enabled. Until we can troubleshoot why this happened, we've decided to be conservative and disable this feature whenever ATtILA is run.

  • Formatting the Syntax sections to mimic ArcGIS. Fixing links so they point at actual pages and use inline references. Changed all bullet formats to hyphens instead of asterisks. Used consistent Header levels between pages.

  • escaping curly brackets. might not be needed on git wiki, but unescaped curly brackets causes some readability problems in notepad++ markdown panel. Also changed how to write bulleted text in tool metadata syntax section for easier readability.

  • First cuts at markdown pages for Identify Overlapping Polygons and Process NAVTEQ for EnviroAtlas Analyses utility tools. Formatting in Syntax section make use of html codes <br> and <ul> to add new line breaks and also bulleted lists in the explanation section of the parameters' table
