create a report for selected feature classes and provide a report per featureclass of some high level issues
ala EME3x, but better

Here are the required elements we're using to validate metadata delivered to the AUM and Superfund Data Intake systems and create a report:

So this does not include all of the elements required by EPA for ISO metadata, just the absolute bare minimum managers agreed to accept to be able to identify the data. So this isn't necessarily the end-all and be-all, but we took a ton of time narrowing down to this, and it should be a great starting point.

There is a little logic built in to just a few elements for the report, similar to what EME is already doing. For example, the Description must be at least 100 characters long and each field must have at least one type of domain, etc. Otherwise, we're just making sure the strings/dates are not empty.

We configured the required/optional elements in the AUM Django admin - let me know if you guys need access to look around.
