Description
This PR updates our implementation of the Quicker Sign button to use remote signer. It also adjust our UI library
HtCardcomponent to not include margins so that can be decided in a features layout, as well as when the the Quick Sign button is rendered (it is only rendered when the user has access to the site that needs to sign next).Issue ticket number and link
