consider adding "deprecated" as an allowable status in the Alaska profiles/schema. I just wanted to use it because there is a large data set where I have discovered a large number of errors and have cleaned up. I still need a record of this data as the source for my new product and for historical reasons, but I don't want people to think it is what should be used. Seems like "deprecated" is the most correct status.

@eosnas I would just ignore the errors and go about your day (isn't that our standard operating procedure anyway?)
I wouldn't look at the profiles as an absolute standard, but more as guidelines to help initiate quality metadata records as part of an ideal project planning an approval workflow. The @USFWS/ak-data-managers can discuss incorporating this into the next update of the profiles.
