MN Sediment - Add output data table to report

Parent issue is #1544

In the "Sediment Model" section of the report:

• Under the graph of sediment results, add text that says "Show table"
• When the user clicks the "Show table" text, the text changes to "Hide table" and the table appears
• The table has 4 columns with headers: Date, Observed Flow (cfs), Suspended Sediment (* need to check on units), and Bedload (* need to check on units)
• Include the data returned from the SedStats services
