Laura explained that she would have 1 tab of stnweb with the map zoomed into the site (streets basemap) and then in another tab have the site page open.
She also said that if after clicking through to a site page and then hitting the back button she were returned to the location and extent she was viewing it at that then this wouldn't be a problem. Currently the map just resets to full view of sites.
Having in depth info in the site table below the map will help with this issue I think.
To accomplish this we'll have to store the map form selections and the extent the user was at before navigating to another page. Then when they return to the map page we'll have to submit those previous map filter and zoom to the extent they were at.
