What are the default notifications? Suggest dashboard notifications for new and updated your owned events and collaboration events but no associated emails.

We are currently defaulting to all off. I thought we got this guidance from your end, but may be wrong. So default to On for new and updated w/out email is how you would like it set for new users going forward?

notifications for new and updated on your owned events and collaboration events but no associated emails is what Kim and I were thinking but hold for now and I'll check in with Neil and Ali

NWHC talked about this today and just leave as defaulted to no notifications (as you have it) for now.
