从 Firefox 127 开始，我们需要的 Clipboard API 似乎都已经被 FF 实现：https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Clipboard_API#security_considerations

但是，Firefox 的实现和 Chromium 存在不同：Firefox 要求读取剪贴板操作必须在 gesture 的 event handler 里面，并且不支持像 Chromium 那样的 clipboard-read/clipboard-write 权限。
