[Feature-239] Modify createRide endpoint to search for existing customer

Feature Description
Modify the createRife endpoint so that it automatically gets the customerId through searching the customer table by phone number.

Requirements

1. Search for client based on their unique phone number if they do not exist create a new customer and use that id.
2. Change the volunteerID to be empty initially until a volunteer is added to the ride
