Embed crate.js under ro-crate-preview-files/

https://www.researchobject.org/ro-crate/1.1/structure.html allows additional files required by ro-crate-preview.html to be contained under ro-crate-preview_files/.

Assuming #15 is resolved, would it not make sense for preservation/independence to copy crate.js there and include that rather than a more fragile online URL like https://data.research.uts.edu.au/examples/ro-crate/examples/src/crate.js ?

No it would not - because it won't load from there - browsers won't run local JS.
