[Wayland] Kangaroo applet menu extends off-screen on long menus

When using the kangaroo applet on the Wayland, the menu will extend off-screen when it contains too many items, instead of fitting inside the screen with scroll arrows as on X11.

Apart from this, the applet is completely functional, but most likely will need further tweaks to fix this behavior.
