Installing Chrome adds double list to repository #250

After you install Google Chrome via Budgie Welcome, the repository gets updated with double sources with chrome repo which results in error/warning when running sudo apt-get update via terminal.

W: Target Packages (main/binary-amd64/Packages) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list:58 and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/google-chrome.list:3
