Mantic updates to styles

[ ] Where we have a "default" which means jammy and a "lunar" we now should swap i.e. make "lunar" the new default and make the old default "jammy". That way all future versions will get the new default whereas jammy will be specifically defined.
[ ] second - we should add the preferred style key - so where we have a light makeover we should set the preferred style to light, and where we have a dark makeover we should set the dark style
