[Suggestion] Diagonal connection, similar to LambdaBetterGrass

I feel the lack of a transition from a normal side of a grass block to a lowered side is too jarring.

Describe the solution you'd like
Id like for the LambdaBetterGrass approach, of having an overlay that smooths the transition, making it look clean.
