seems like tech 2 + mom's eye bug where the other side is insanely powerful came back

when Rep+ came out patch notes mentioned removing it so this is almost certainly unintended

btw, I do remember mentioning back then would stop with new threads & feedback and all that sorta stuff, and while that protocol mostly stays true, at least long term – some of the life in it got rejuvenated with Rep+'s launch.

just food for thought in case some of the devs ever decide to peep stuff
