Metpy calculations

I am new to metpy. I ve installed the metpy version 0.12.2 using conda. When I try to compute the lifted index using metpy.calc.lifted_index(pressure,Temperature, parcel_profile), python returns AtrributeError: module 'metpy.calc' has no attribute 'lifted_index'. The error is similar when I compute showalter index. Any suggestions?

@nunciom Metpy 0.12.2 is circa August 2020. The current release is 1.3.1, so try installing it.

To be specific, lifted_index was added by #1363, which was included starting with the official 1.0 release.

showalter_index was added with #1673 and included starting with the 1.1.0 release.

Thank you all, I have updated the full anaconda package and installed mepy 1.3.1. Lifted and showalter index are available now
