Do these two applications work well now or could they help each other in future?
Easy deployment of Radicale is possible using Cloudron. Perhaps UnifiedPush could be supported on Cloudron too?

I've moved your issue in this repo since it is its purpose.

If I understand well, radicale could be used as a distributor for linux (I don't see any android app). Maybe it is doable with the plugin interface.
