Create event_log entries for ALL changes to the theses #188

Currently we only log certain changes to theses: status change, graders change, supervisors change, creation, deletion.
We want to be logging ALL the changes to theses.
In addition to changes initiated directly by users of Prethesis, we also want to write to event_log changes done via updater to increase visibility.
