I would like to use this docker image with my IB live account, but the account is protected with 2FA, so it requires to use VNC to enter the code.
Is there a way to skip the 2FA code or to automate the process somehow?
Did anyone find a solution for it?

By any chance, do you not have IB app installed? It comes with its own 2FA method built into the app called IB Key.
Here's what the docs have on this (emphasis mine):
Secure, but quick and “no-hassle” login: When logging in to our Trading Platforms or Portal, enter your username and password. We will send you a notification and you will use the IB Key feature within IBKR Mobile to complete the authentication.
Ideally, you should be able to complete 2FA whenever your gateway restarts by receiving a push notification on your phone and doing a fingerprint check
