[Bug]: The finished assignment on Visual Studio Code can't be push back to Git branch.

Describe your issue

When clicked the 'Commit & Push' button on Visual Studio Code, it kept running but nothing get push back to the created branch for submitting the assignment on Git.

I don't get this question.
