Compare collisions at crossovers before and after new crossover law #1

As of Jan 1, 2016, the law was changed at crossovers (the flashing light mid-block crosswalks) so that vehicles must wait until a pedestrian has completely exited the crossover before going through. We can look at the rates of KSI collisions at crossovers before and after Jan 1, 2016 to see if it had an effect.
