feat: add support for redis+sentinel url

Description

• Add support for url with format redis-sentinel://
• It use redis-url-plus converter, but we need to wait for this feat: support sentinel mode url rickyes/redis-url-plus#1 to be merge before this ideally => DONE
• This PR superseed feat: Add Redis Sentinel connection support #191
• We already use-it in production !

merged where? I don't see this merged. Nvm, you were talking about another project. Anyhow, I build an image locally and tested the PR, doesn't seem to work for me.
