SystemJS Error: Not able to load module in Angular2 @ ~2.4.0

Does it work with SystemJS? I am not able to get it to work in Angular2 Quickstart 2.4.0 after adding import module code in app.module and before adding the component itself:

(SystemJS) Unexpected token {↵ SyntaxError: Unexpected token {↵ at eval ()↵ at Object.eval (http://localhost:3000/node_modules/ng2-jsoneditor/dist/jsoneditor.component.js:14:1)
