Missing Network provider (Camtel) in Cameroon. #62

I am wish to check about the availability of the CAMTEL network as operator in Cameroon. CAMTEL is also a mobile network providing just about the same services as MTN, Orange and NexTel. However the service doesn't seem to list CAMTEL as one of the available networks when creating an action. How does Camtel appear to be missing?
