METAR information seems to be available only if you click on an airport and use the Info tab.
And this information is only for the airports that are active. So there is no way to get metar information for the rest of the airports. Adding all the airports on the map in order to view the metar would be a performance and visual hog , so i would suggest to be able to request one or more metars (separated by comma maybe) and show them on a table. You could save these metars as favorites and let the user manage his list.
Why do you need that?
Browsing the map and trying to decide on my next flight. Usually i "chase the weather" so viewing the metars helps, along with the other info on the map (ATC for example).
In addition that's why i find it interesting that we have on the roadmap:
VATSIM Events
Distance measuring tool
With these you can quickly decide on your next pair of airports for your flight.
Alternatives
There are many other places where you can get the metar , but it will be on another window.

I have searched for other requests and didn't found any alike
I have also checked roadmap, and this is not planned
