What are the suggested changes?

Update the Gatwick (EGKK) Ground Network to reflect the latest SMR.

Some issues are highlighted below:

In case you hadn't spotted, you may also wish to update the RET ER, which I think we overlooked when updating the SMR with it :)

ER isn't in the Ground Network yet, but the old E1 is.
