feature: show available lecture rooms with filters.

Motivation

There's barely any places to sit with as a group at UTM -- I've gone through all floors of the library once and couldn't find two adjacent seats. Empty lecture rooms are a great place to go for quiet studying, and can sometimes be available for several hours. I think we could add a feature for this (low priority).

Implementation

fetch timing from API, add filters for the date, capacity, and building -- kinda similar to the classroom space database
