Allow to open dashboard with bunch of charts by default instead of one metric #953

Often the change of metrics depends on some other events, for example, release of new code.
Combining such charts into a dashboard is a great feature. But when opening a single metric, I would like to be able to open a default dashboard with all necessary related charts and events instead.
